Executive chef Ivo Mazzon, a talented and passionate chef from the Veneto region of Italy, focuses on creating sumptuous, flavorful dishes with fresh, seasonal and sustainable ingredients.

To ensure the true Italian café experience, there's an open kitchen offering a variety of classic dishes and blackboard specials made fresh daily and offered at a great value. Selections include fresh innovative appetizers, antipasti, salads, and Joey's signature thin crusted pizzas. Main courses include a variety of pastas such as the delicious gnocchi alla Romana, lamb chops with a juniper berry reduction and polenta, a healthy, flavorful dish of baked cod with eggplant and tomato gremolata, grilled Atlantic salmon, and beautifully roasted Cornish hen with fresh herbs, among dozens of selections.

To further enhance the restaurant experience, a wine list, personally compiled and overseen by Goldman, offers Italian vintages ranging from Italian table wines to fine Amarones and Super Tuscans, many available by the glass or bottle, at very affordable prices
